Are visits with physicians covered by insurance?

Our services are not covered by insurance, as most of our services are considered above the standard of care and therefore elective as far as insurance is concerned. We will provide a superbill for in-person visits for possible reimbursement from insurance. We cannot offer superbills to Medicare patients or remote clients.

Are visits with health coaches covered by insurance?

Our health coaching services are also not covered by insurance, as health coaching is also considered above the standard of care and elective as far as insurance is concerned.  

Can I use my HSA account or services?

If you have an HSA/FSA account and are a patient of our practice, you can use your HSA/FSA cards to pay for our services or any supplements specifically prescribed to you in records from your visits. Call our office directly or pay in person, as our website cannot accept these payment forms.

Is testing covered by insurance?

Lab services offered online are self-pay only. We provide a service bill.

How do I work with a coach?

You can work with one of our Natural Heart Doctor health coaches in various ways. Our coaches offer a one-time free 20-minute initial coaching call for anyone with questions about the next steps. Any labs you purchase from our website also include a complimentary coaching call to review your results in detail and get you started with an initial plan based on the results.

We have several group coaching program options, instructed by our Clinical and Master coaches here at Natural Heart Doctor. We also offer a 3-month, one-on-one coaching program with either Clinical or Master coaches for those wanting to pursue their health goals with personalized support.

How do I schedule a call with a Doctor?

Because of the specialized nature of services, we ask that prospective patients complete an application. To complete the application, please click here.

There is a $25 fee for the application, which will be applied to any purchased services.

Can I use a doctor in your practice as a primary care physician?

Yes. Our practitioners are trained in holistic primary care practices. However, you must visit the clinic at least once per year to be your primary doctor. We are NOT an emergency or urgent clinic and do not take emergency calls. Visit Urgent Care or ER if you are experiencing a health emergency.

What do I need to know about Natural Heart Doctor Supplements?

Products are hand-selected by Dr. Wolfson. They are all therapeutic grade and contain exactly what the label says (something the FDA does not check on in the supplement industry). 

All products are third-party tested for this reason. We support the effectiveness of each supplement and re-check labs on our patients and clients yearly to check for progress and improvements from supplement protocols.
